The hotel was well-organised and reasonably priced with affable people from security to manager. The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had delicious dishes. I enjoyed that the design was modern. Also, location was nice and easy, at a moderate distance from Sacred Hearts College.

Cozy and impressive room, we greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast choices were reasonably good. Its location in Kochi was particularly good, right by the fort, amusement park and airport.

We had a fantastic stay at Keys Hotel in Kochi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom provided hot water and was spacious. We also enjoyed the 24-hour gym facilities and the excellent variety of food at breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited parking and small room size, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Celebratory Stay in Kerala

My recent stay in this hotel over New Year's Eve was amazing. The hotel was located close to all the major tourist spots in the city and had some amazing amenities. The complementary New Year's Eve dinner was fabulous with a wide variety of dishes. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The hotel had a great ambiance, decorated especially for the festival, which added to the overall experience.

The only minor issue was that the room was a bit small for my liking. However, considering the price that was paid for the room and the amazing location of the hotel that minor complaint is negligible.

The hotel had a good breakfast spread with unique food options. The location was great, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. there were two complementary things offered during my stay that I enjoyed.

The beds were uncomfortable and left my back sore. It would have been nice if the hotel had orthopedic beds available for guests experiencing back or body pain during travel.

This hotel is ideally situated, with key tourist spots and a stunning river nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the friendly staff provides excellent service. Breakfast is delicious, with a range of tasty options on offer. the gym is well-equipped, and wifi is available throughout the hotel, making it suitable for work and leisure travelers alike.

The hotel is a bit on the expensive side, and there are no premium items provided in the room.
